Designer Scott Amron has modified a simple, classic toothbrush, that when turned over directs a stream of water up towards you like a fountain for you to rinse your mouth after brushing! - - Its a tooth brush with a differnce. You dont have to use a glass or your hand. You can buy a working prototype for $3.
